Refunds
If a chorus member is removed for any reason, or chooses to leave the chorus after September 5, 2011, there will be NO REFUND of any tuition or uniform fee.
Any outstanding balance of tuition will be collected. Our expenses are based on number of singers at the beginning of the season. Tuition paid and tuition anticipated has already been spent on music, uniforms, supplies, postage, etc.
Withdrawal Policy
Should an unforeseeable or irreconcilable conflict make it necessary to withdraw from the CCCC Inc. organization, the singer and their parent should bring a letter of withdrawal to the choir director and immediately return the CCCC Inc. issued uniform, music, folder, rehearsal CD and any other items belonging to the organization.
Tuition Assistance
The goal of the Capital City Children’s Chorus Inc. is to offer a top-notch musical experience to all interested Pierre and Ft. Pierre-area children. Because we are looking for children with a wide range of backgrounds and interests, we offer tuition assistance to any child who may need help with paying for the full cost of participating. If your child would like to apply for tuition assistance for the 2011-2012 chorus year, please fill out the application included with the handbook or download the application and form from the website. Tuition assistance will be determined based on family income and need. Tuition Assistance forms must be received on or before September 1, 2011.
Tuition
The board, on a yearly basis sets tuition. Full, Monthly or Semester payments can be made, however please note that we will only accept monthly payments by automatic bank draft. Assistance is available, so that every eligible singer can participate. The Board has set the tuition for the 2011-2012 season as follows:
Deposit (non-refundable): Due by June 1, 2011
· CCYC Deposit: $100
· CCCC Deposit: $50
The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your total balance. Your non-refundable deposit is used to pay for music, theory materials, insurance and garment bag.
Yearly Tuition:
· CCYC Yearly Tuition Fee : $400
· CCCC Yearly Tuition Fee: $250
· Uniform Rental/Cleaning Fee: $30
o The Uniform Rental/Cleaning fee will be waived if the season tuition is paid in full by September 5, 2011.
· Sibling Discounts are available for multiple children participating in CCCC/CCYC:
o First Child full fee
o Second Child $50 discount
o Third Child $100 discount
Each additional child will receive the $100 discount.
(Example: Tuition for family of three - $1140 yearly)
After September 5, 2011, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the yearly tuition fee and uniform rental/cleaning fee.
The Full payment of $230 (CCCC) / $330 (CCYC) can be made in the following manner by September 5th.
· by check, money order or through PayPal (note – if you are paying by PayPal you will be charged the PayPal fee also)
The Semester payments of $115 (CCCC) / $165 (CCYC) each will be made on the following dates (September 5, 2011 and February 6, 2012)

Monthly payments can be made by automated bank draft only. Eight monthly payments will be made from Oct. – May in the amount of $28.75 (CCCC) / $41.25 (CCYC) each. Forms for bank draft are available in your packet. Please fill out the form and mail the choir address by September 1, 2011.
